These Terms & Conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by Benopa Fresh Spaces. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services
Benopa Fresh Spaces provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and office cleaning.
All services are subject to availability.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the client.
Prices may change if the size, condition, or requirements of the property differ from what was described.
Any changes will be discussed and agreed before work continues.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may incur a charge.
Benopa Fresh Spaces reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. If access is not available, the appointment may be cancelled and charged accordingly.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure the property is safe to work in.
Any fragile, valuable, or delicate items should be secured before cleaning.
Benopa Fresh Spaces is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear or undisclosed fragile items.
6. Satisfaction & Complaints
We aim to provide a high standard of service. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of the service so we can address the issue where possible.
7. Liability
Benopa Fresh Spaces holds appropriate insurance. Liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
Benopa Fresh Spaces reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
